Community School

The Community Schools Initiative aims to provide equitable resources that help students thrive, strengthen families, and build healthier communities. Through teamwork and collaboration, we can create the best conditions for everyone to succeed. 

The Community School Facilitator plays a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our students and families. They work closely with teachers, families, and local organizations to ensure that everyone feels included and respected. Their main goal is to connect families with the resources they need to help our students succeed. 

This facilitator builds partnerships with community organizations to bring valuable services right into our school. They focus on providing support in areas like academics, enrichment activities, health, and social services, all while promoting strong family engagement.
